Hello I ate there a week ago with my granddaughters. Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

Very expensive fast food for what you get. The paper wrapping the food (like the croque monsieur) sticks to it, which isn't pleasant to eat. I'll come back, but maybe just for ice cream or a Coke.

Arrived around 4pm, so the restaurant was practically empty. However, the order was incomplete (one item was missing, and there were no ice cubes in one drink) and the sandwiches were cold, which is a shame.

Disappointed with these government sheep who no longer respect their customers. Also when you buy a box of 20 nuggets it would be good to only put 17 in it. I call it theft. Imagine on countless menus, money flying

06/02/2026: Hotel closed in 2026. Here is the email I received today following an inquiry. It doesn't clearly state whether the closure is permanent or not. "Dear Sir/Madam, We regret to inform you that the Cosmos Hotel will not reopen for the 2026 season. We would like to sincerely thank you for your loyalty over the years and for the trust you have placed in us. Your support of the Cosmos has greatly contributed to its history and success. 02/11/2025: Excellent hotel. A very warm welcome with a smile. The room was very spacious. We had a delicious meal at the hotel. I highly recommend it.
