The staff are efficient and friendly, especially in the evening. The fries are hot, which isn't always the case at McDonald's.

I went through the drive-thru today at 12:53 pm and was served by a very kind and pleasant young lady 🌞 a real ray of sunshine 🌞 it's so nice to meet such kind and friendly people 👌🌞

It's unbelievable that a security guard is serving customers while four others are doing nothing...it makes you wonder about hygiene and everyone's responsibilities...is it normal for a security guard to look through bags, empty trays into the bins, and then come back to distribute orders (all without washing their hands)? And then managers ask you to leave positive reviews on Google...

***EDIT March 24, 2026*** Very pleasantly surprised by the team today. There was an error on my part in the order, and a change was made without any extra charge, even though I was ready to correct the mistake. The order was hot, and the team worked in a good mood... it's nice to come to a McDonald's that operates like this. Order placed on September 7, 2025, around 7 p.m. The team spends its time laughing instead of properly managing orders. Fries in the Maxi BO were only half full (equivalent to a BO, and even then...), cold, and soggy. The chicken teriyaki was wrapped upside down and swimming in sauce. The nuggets were soggy and cold. The drinks (Coke and Fanta) were flat. The Double Cheeseburger had no cheese at all. The prices keep going up, and the service at this McDonald's is getting worse and worse. I understand the job isn't ideal, but to pay for this kind of product at an increasingly exorbitant price, the service should reflect that. There must be a serious problem with the current team, judging by the service I received and the numerous recent reviews. Furthermore, what about the sandwich preparer who wiped the sweat off his brow before putting his hands back into making the burgers, without gloves, without washing his hands first?! This fast food place is becoming a disgrace and should undergo a hygiene inspection.
