The service was a disaster. It wasn't crowded, yet they were overwhelmed. It took 35 minutes to get my order, a wait almost worthy of a fine restaurant, except the food was cold. They did, however, acknowledge my request for something hot. The organization needs a complete overhaul; the furniture is old and the restaurant feels dirty. Thankfully, not all French restaurants are like this...

Extremely long wait at the drive-thru! Over 40 minutes... Staff shortage or poor organization

Hello, Tonight I went with my daughter who wanted a McFlurry at 11:30 PM because the sign said they closed at midnight, but she was turned away because they were closed... It might be a good idea to update the opening hours to avoid unnecessary trips

We just picked up our drive-thru order and, surprise, our soft drinks were flat and without ice... it's quite common at this restaurant for the Coke to be flat... disgusting drinks.
