The service was a disaster. It wasn't crowded, yet they were overwhelmed. It took 35 minutes to get my order, a wait almost worthy of a fine restaurant, except the food was cold. They did, however, acknowledge my request for something hot. The organization needs a complete overhaul; the furniture is old and the restaurant feels dirty. Thankfully, not all French restaurants are like this...
