A McDonald's like any other. Decent service, clean place. Be sure to check your orders, they often forget things.

Honestly, it used to be very good, but it's deteriorated over time. It's a shame, we used to enjoy going there.

Too long a wait... to place the order... to pay... and finally to receive the order! I was alone at the drive-thru... the staff were idle and ignored. Appalling.

Overall, a satisfactory experience for the price.

None of the click and collect orders are correct; all the sauces are extra and never included. At the drive-thru, one sauce is free per fry, but at the kiosk, everything is extra. Check your orders, seriously! Otherwise, find a new job!

I'm rarely pleasantly surprised by fast food, but during the rush hour, the service was pleasant and quick, and on top of that, the food was hot and the burger was well-made.

Fast service that meets the brand's standards. The products are prepared correctly, and the order usually arrives without any errors. An efficient solution for a simple and immediate meal.

And another oversight: I got an apple juice instead of a Coca-Cola Maxi. Every time I go to this McDonald's, there are always oversights. It happens regularly, for example, the kids' meal, the book that's missing. Or fries are missing from one of the meals. But before coming to the Horbourg Whir location, we were at the Housen one. So, we went there to eat. We started to order a kids' meal, my meal was also there, and my wife eats vegan. To our surprise, there were no vegan options. So, we canceled the order and went to the Horbourg Whir location. And you know what happened next? Ladies and gentlemen, McDonald's isn't for vegans. They struggle to expand their menus, especially with wraps or salads. There really isn't any choice. When are you going to develop your menus for vegans? I gave a rating of 2 for all the explanations given above, the omissions in my orders, and the lack of vegan options.
