27/01/2026: Tonight, I decided to go to KFC for the first time and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered at the drive-thru, and the staff were attentive, smiling, and offered great advice! My order was served quickly, and the team was always in good spirits. And the taste of the food—they truly live up to their reputation for fried chicken. I highly recommend it!
06/01/2026: It's such a shame! I left after ordering takeout. Everything was cold. I'd barely left, and I wasn't going to come back to complain, but being a businessperson and eating cold food isn't cool. It's not my first time here. The quality has really gone down, truly, in every way. The classic Boxmaster is so-so (it's not what it used to be), the smaller i-Twist was much better. Criticism should be constructive. It's like a downmarket KFC. The atmosphere isn't great either; at least at BK they have a smile.
