Passing through Montauban, we stopped at the McDonald's in Sapiac on a Wednesday evening. We received a warm welcome, the sandwiches were hot and tasty, the staff was friendly and always smiling. Perfect! 👌 Thank you to the lovely young woman who served us.

Three incorrect packages! And when I asked for an explanation, the manager on duty was incredibly rude, telling me I hadn't understood anything and offering no apology for the packaging being so unclear. An employee even asked me to move aside because I was obstructing the service. Even if it was busy and hectic, nothing justifies such appalling treatment.
