Restaurant we often go to, especially for the play area. Today, August 14, 2026: a child urinated in the play area. The parent rushed out without informing the staff, who were ultimately unavailable (the manager himself put them on hold), even though many children were present in the area. My husband cleaned up the mess himself. Doesn't this seem problematic?

A very good experience at this McDonald's. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was welcoming. The order was prepared without any wait, and everything was as expected. A major plus is the children's area, which is spacious, clean, safe, and very well designed. It's a real bonus for families; children can play while parents enjoy their meal in peace. We will gladly return.
