I think Lorraine pâtés are very good. I used to live in Thaon-les-Vosges, and I believe the Masson family are a team of excellent bakers. I've been to all their bakeries and I've never been disappointed. Well done! Your spelt bread was a real treat, superb!
The pastries are good and original, the viennoiseries are OK, but the sandwiches are really not great: they are very sparsely filled and overflowing with sauce to the point where it becomes sickening.
