We came for dinner on Monday April 1st. The staff was understaffed (only 2 in the room) and they did everything to limit the waiting time. They were smiling and attentive to customers despite a full room and a lot of work. Well done to them.

Impromptu visit today (Sunday) shortly before 2 p.m.
Great discovery, the burgers are generous, the desserts delicious (the prices may surprise you, count €20 for a double burger with fries)
The setting is magnificent, full of details to discover, the Happy Days series broadcast on the screens, music from the 50s to the 70s. The waitress was pleasant and smiling.
We will come back
(When I think that the man wanted to go to McDonald's...)

Arrival at 12:30 p.m., 5 customers in the restaurant.
It's a bit scary though given the number of places available.
Order taking and fast service.
Steak requested medium rare, served extremely well cooked.
So-so . I wanted to try it and as a result, I will return to Bistrot Régent next door.
PS: The chef who makes her sleep without a girl on a bench during service doesn't look very professional.

We usually book at the Memphis de Villeparisis and frankly we are never disappointed!
We made a reservation last night for a table of 6 people with 1 baby.
The only 2 waitresses of the evening, Ambre and Celia, literally PROVIDED the service single-handedly despite the crowds and especially the very unpleasant customers! A little compassion from some wouldn't hurt. They are human and do the best they can to provide us with quality service. Those who arrive at closing time and who dare to complain, sorry, but you lack education, it’s absurd… they really hurt me last night.
I don’t know the first name of the person in the kitchen but really hats off… in short it was perfect and we will definitely come back!

We have just gone out, and we were looking forward to thanking you for your warm welcome. This despite the blatant lack of staff, you provided service with a smile, as well as the cook who did a titanic job by displaying calm at any test. The setting is friendly, the waitress seated us on a table without giving us a menu, a little slow, she seemed a novice. But the manager was very responsive and knew how to make us have a pleasant time. Very smiling and warm, thank you very much table 16…

Big respect to the waiters and cooks who are often alone during the week when there can be a lot of people...
I've been there before without it being the school holidays and the staff really must have worn several hats because there was no one in the dining room... Juggling between cooking and service isn't great :/
This Memphis often finds itself overwhelmed due to the lack of staff unfortunately... Strength to you 💪
