Memphis is always a safe bet! Great atmosphere, delicious food, and above all, a fantastic team. Special mention to Vandy and Perle, who are absolutely extraordinary: smiling, professional, efficient… in short, if service had a medal, they'd be on the podium 🏆 Well done to the whole team 😃

Very warm welcome and very good service

Great restaurant, we always have a good time. I never leave reviews, but I wanted to wish Vandy and her team good luck because the evening we were there, an individual was threatening, aggressive, and made racist remarks towards Vandy. This restaurant's good rating is well deserved!

Lunch was still excellent, almost perfect. The service was the only downside to our meal, specifically the service from one waitress who was unpleasant and rude to her customers. Please note, I'm only referring to one waitress, who is consistently unpleasant every time we come. I don't understand how someone can work in a restaurant with that kind of attitude. I think management will recognize her because all the other waitresses are wonderful.

The food was fine, but the waitress was absolutely awful! Not a smile, I asked for more water, she seemed annoyed, and she put the bottle on the other side of the table. Anyway, it was really unprofessional, I won't be back.

Several years ago, I went to a Memphis diner and appreciated the cool atmosphere; it was great to eat a truly American-style burger. Since then, the chain has expanded, and many locations have opened in the same vein. The interior decor is really nice and sets the mood right away. The menu is very varied—too much so, I think—with a multitude of dishes and ideas. I imagine this is intentional on the part of the chain, but in my opinion, it's a real disadvantage for the outlets. As for my experience, I went on a Tuesday evening. I was working and had a lunch break. I wanted to treat myself to a good burger. Unfortunately, there are quite a few negative points. Right at the entrance, there was a sign indicating that the establishment only accepted cash due to a network outage. I almost turned around and left; I didn't have anything on me to pay without a credit card. (In the end, the credit card was accepted without any problems.) Beforehand, even on Google Maps, the prices weren't listed on the menus. I imagine this is a deliberate choice to keep the menus blank so they're always up-to-date, but it doesn't help to get a good idea of ​​the budget for dining here. Moving on to the atmosphere in the dining room, I got the impression there was only one waitress and the manager with her. That seems rather sparse for a restaurant of this size. I was a little worried I wouldn't be served in time to get back to work. I was seated quickly, and I was able to place my order fairly quickly as well. I clearly stated that I wanted my smash without onions, and the waitress confirmed this verbally. I waited about 50 minutes, and my burger finally arrived! So it was really long, even if it's not a fast-food restaurant, it's rather excessive. I noticed onions sticking out of the burger, so I immediately told the waitress, who, without apologizing, took my order back to the kitchen. When she returned, I started eating. Unfortunately, I had to hurry a bit, but I still managed to appreciate the Smash. The problem was that it wasn't smashed. Normally, you're supposed to have thin, well-grilled patties, and that wasn't the case here. There was practically no Maillard reaction, which is precisely the point of this type of burger. A little disappointed, but when I got to the middle of the burger, a faint taste of onion appeared. I opened the burger, and the middle was full of them, haha. The trip back to the kitchen only served to remove the onions from the edges. I admit it made me laugh a little, but I was still disappointed. And it could be a bit dangerous for those with allergies, so be careful! The bacon wasn't crispy enough for my taste, but that's a pretty common issue in many burger restaurants. In short, not a mind-blowing culinary experience for the price, unfortunately, but it was alright, the fries were okay. So I went to pay, because I had to get back to work after this looooong break. And the waitress (who wasn't at all rude) asked me, "No dessert or coffee?" I said I didn't have much time left, because 50 minutes to get my order is rather long, and without even apologizing, she handed me the card, telling me there were only two of them in the kitchen that evening. No gesture of goodwill, which is a bit of a shame. Oh well! Actually, I was rather disappointed, of course. At that price, you expect a decent culinary experience and a bit more professional service. But I also felt a bit sorry for a team that seemed to be giving their all, perhaps even though they were completely exhausted. Anyway! Thanks for the welcome anyway, and good luck for the future 🍔

The meal was good. But I'm disappointed that my reservation for 9 pm was refused. The latest reservation was 8:30 pm, whereas if you come without a reservation you can arrive as late as 10 pm!

Okay, fine… but, in these burgers you only get half of half a patty. But the price remains the same. Simple… a burger with two patties inside… they're so SMALL you can only see the bun.

Déco typique américaine Vintage, très sympa.Carte pas mal du tout. Du burger mais pas que.Très bon. Steaks comme il faut, fromage et sauces bonnes.Personnel très souriant et plutôt attentif.Service rapide. Le patron fait le job.Prix attractifs.
