Nicolas Le Boulanger sur Bray-Sur-Seine

We were regular customers of this bakery. The pastries and viennoiseries are truly excellent. However, I find the saleswomen to be very unprofessional and unfriendly. I know that working in retail is far from easy, but serving by shouting "Whose is it?" (without even a simple "hello") certainly doesn't help matters! Furthermore, several times the waitresses have gone to get pastries for me from the back of the shop and returned with the bag sealed. I trust them, but professionalism dictates serving customers in front of them so they can see the goods they've purchased. This sloppy service is very off-putting, and I'm going there less and less often now. Other bakeries in the area are also excellent, with much more pleasant and professional service!

I particularly love this bakery. I always make a little detour to get my pastries there. Thank you to the saleswomen for their kindness. I highly recommend it.

Hello We are regular customers. The pastries are generally very good, as are the cakes. The bread, however, is very average, very inconsistent, and not airy. There's probably a lot of activity in the kitchen. The service is very good at the moment, which is important. We wish you continued success and hope to find better quality bread from the baker tomorrow.

Bakery with always pleasant saleswomen, whether it's Saturday at 7 a.m. or 5 p.m.... The pastries are very good, the cakes are excellent, and the snacks are always tasty, even reheated. I tried the "Star of the Islands" Yule logs, and I must admit they were absolutely divine. A delicate and refined taste with a delicious, unexpected aftertaste. I commend the work and creativity of this unassuming baker. Keep making us dream. Just one thing: avoid getting into arguments with each other in the shop; there's always someone watching. I highly recommend this wonderful bakery, full of delicious flavors. Thank you to your entire team.

I find it unacceptable that on market days, at 10 a.m., you still can't buy bread because it's still in the oven. No more baguettes, no more ficelles… This isn't normal for a bakery, especially on market morning, and it's not the first time.

The sandwiches and daily specials are very good and generously portioned. The pastries are beautifully flaky, and the pastries are excellent, not too sweet and carefully made.
