I find it unacceptable that on market days, at 10 a.m., you still can't buy bread because it's still in the oven. No more baguettes, no more ficelles… This isn't normal for a bakery, especially on market morning, and it's not the first time.

The sandwiches and daily specials are very good and generously portioned. The pastries are beautifully flaky, and the pastries are excellent, not too sweet and carefully made.

A bakery, you know... It's a shame that, like in many others, the person gives you your bread without gloves (even though they touch the money and give you the change, obviously), but on the other hand, you're entitled to a little piece of paper around your baguette... go figure, the laws of hygiene are impenetrable

I love this bakery; I go there every day. The tradition is particularly good, and the sales associates are very efficient. A special mention goes to the youngest baker, who always gives me a big smile. I recommend it!

Very good pastries, an excellent flaky and golden croissant dough! The caramel roll is very reminiscent of Breton kouign amann, a delight!

Le Flamboyant

21/09/2025: Every time I visit the Bray-sur-Seine flea market, I make sure to stop by this lovely little restaurant, worthy of Doisneau's photographs. A great atmosphere, traditional cuisine, and hearty and tasty ham on the bone. And there are plenty of other surprises. Don't miss it.
10/09/2025: Very good restaurant, fresh and delicious products. I recommend it 🤌🏻 The waitress is very friendly 😊 The only downside when you eat on the terrace is that the traffic is quite heavy.
