Nougat Sylvain sur Saint-Didier

Good morning, Yesterday at the Avignon TGV station, I bought some olive nougats (thanks to the Charming Lady at the stadium) I don't really like nougat but this one, this finesse, this fondant, this taste (sweet and salty) I finished the package today 😅, Really a big Bravo, medal of 🥇. And I had some very delicious white grape juice. I thank the Lady of the Stadium for her attentiveness and kindness, I will be missing out on this beautiful treasure. Many thanks

Excellent nougats, excellent ice creams!!! It's worth the detour !!!! On the other hand, disappointed with the visit to the making of nougat, my daughter was impatient to see how the artisans shape the nougat but unfortunately we only saw in the video projection...

Nougats Sylvain sont réputés et franchement ils sont délicieux. Avons acheté des différentes variétés de biscuits et ne sommes pas déçus. Restent à goûter les glaces lors de notre prochaine visite . Magasin bien achalandé, propre et vendeuses agréables

Sylvain is home to a delightful family run nougat business. For a mere €2 p.p. we joined the tour (in French although I discovered later that our guide also spoke English) which has a short film introducing the firm, and their approach to nougat making (principally the combination of almonds and honey), followed by a demonstration in the factory kitchen by Phillippe, and finally a tasting. It was very interesting and felt like good value. The shop sells all their different nougat, plus honey and other treats, also has a tea room. It is recommended to book for the tour.
