Following a problem with my order, she took the time to follow up on my case with great responsiveness and kindness. After my visit to the store, my new machine was delivered the very next morning. It's rare to encounter such a commitment to customer service. Thank you again for your availability, efficiency, and kindness. I will gladly return to this store.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at the Nespresso boutique in Parly 2! The welcome was warm, the team very professional and always offered helpful advice. The boutique is clean, well-organized, and the service was quick. A big thank you to Amine and Miguel for their assistance with the engraving. They were very professional, patient, and incredibly kind. Their availability and customer service made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this boutique!

A very pleasant experience at Nespresso. A warm welcome with a complimentary coffee tasting. The server was lovely. Then, a second welcome from a very friendly sales assistant who gave me excellent advice and engraved my shaker. The manager was also very friendly.

25/07/2026: We've been coming to Sushi Yama Le Chesnay for years. It's always a pleasant experience.
07/06/2026: 05/2026 - Good, as usual. Whenever we have the chance (we live 40 km away), we happily go there to eat. The price remains reasonable despite a slight increase and a decrease in portion size. 07/2025 - No issues except that the service was slower than usual, but it was busy. 11/2023 - Still good, smooth service. We return regularly with pleasure. 07/2020 - Decent welcome, health and safety guidelines respected, pleasant and attentive waitresses/waiters. Decent and good quality selection, reasonable prices. A slight disappointment: we seemed to have been forgotten. Several people arrived after us and were served before us; we had to remind the staff. I still recommend it.
