Your employees lack professionalism; I order online more often, but here in the store, where are the greetings to customers, the personalized service of yesteryear? They're all just hanging out with each other, making jokes, staying in their own little circle, it's a bit of a shame.

I went to get a coffee and wanted to try something new at the counter, but the man behind me ignored me for about fifteen minutes. I asked him twice for a coffee, and I finally got up and left with the coffee I had already bought.

The young woman at the coffee bar was quite aggressive. It seems May is reserved for iced coffee! She'd already lashed out at the previous customer who just wanted a Voluto or something similar! She was very rude to us! A manager must have noticed and told her to take a break. Otherwise, the rest of the staff were very pleasant, as usual. We'll chalk it up to fatigue and stress!
