I received an excellent welcome upon arrival at the hotel. Adam was exceptionally professional, friendly, and attentive. He took the time to properly welcome me and respond to my requests with great kindness.
This is exactly the kind of service that makes all the difference in a hotel. A big thank you to Adam for his professionalism and good humor. I highly recommend it!
We were a group of 32 people staying at this hotel and had breakfast four times and a three-course dinner twice.
We were not at all impressed with the dinners. The food was cold, bland, and the wild duck still had feather quills in it. We didn't know what was on the menu, and when we asked, even the waitstaff sometimes didn't know what they were serving us.
Our server also seemed overwhelmed by the size of our group and the associated drink orders, and thankfully, a colleague helped out.
The breakfast selection is plentiful, with something for everyone.
Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs were more like a mush, the sausages were only lightly browned, and the bacon was gray. A real shame 🙁 On the positive side, the breakfast service was excellent compared to the evening service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and as soon as something ran out, it was quickly replenished.
The coffee machine also leaves nothing to be desired.
