A very nice discovery, Istres is poor in terms of quantity of high quality restaurants and refinement, but fortunately there is Le Pilon, it is an unmissable place, a family story to which I wish the longest life. The quality is really there, refined cuisine, in a spirit of more traditional cuisine, it is very hearty, lots of flavors, a very beautiful presentation: congratulations to the chef and his team, I highly recommend! The setting is very nice, the music is very good, Nora Jones is a very good choice, the volume is perfect, we can enjoy while chatting without raising our voices! The chef's background is very impressive, he learned from some of the biggest names in French cuisine, well done! The parents, involved in Pilon with their son, can be proud of their son.

Excellent restaurant and perfect in every way. The welcome is pleasant with a smile and the service attentive. Cozy and refined decoration. And then the dishes are a treat!! I tasted the scallop carpaccio: a generous and tasty treat. The lamb shank which is the signature dish, what can I say, cooked to perfection. And the well-filled chocolate dessert in crispy praline.
