Whenever I'm in Istres, I always stop at this restaurant where the food is absolutely delicious! The young chef is very talented; you can see and feel that the owner is passionate about cooking. It's a very welcoming place. I highly recommend it!

A real gem in Istres. Beautiful food made with locally sourced ingredients and a team who clearly care about what they are doing. Atmosphere relaxed. Really if you’re in the vicinity come and try it. You will not be disappointed

Our first restaurant in Istres, Le Pilon, was a great find. The staff was welcoming and very professional. We suggested an excellent lamb shank from the Alpilles region, paired with an organic red wine also from the Alpilles, and perfectly executed homemade desserts. I highly recommend it.
