A delightful and surprising discovery of this little-known mini-franchise. A lovely welcome from a smiling and incredibly kind team. From the young waiter in his cowboy hat to the waitress who made us dream about the exquisite Camembert sauce, everything was perfect. The cooking was flawless, and the timing of the service, including asking customers whether to send their order or not, was impeccable! Thank you to the kitchen staff for their often-overlooked work. Perhaps we'll see you again on a future trip to the region.

New ownership two months ago. Welcoming, smiling team. Friendly atmosphere, even when the place was full. The owners are incredibly nice. The service was impeccable, truly pleasant. The food, in terms of quantity but especially quality, was simply perfect. The bartender was friendly too. So don't hesitate to go in and leave a good review. When something is good, it's important to say so. We'll be back, that's for sure. It deserves more than 5 stars.

Dinner for two. This restaurant is near the ibis budget hotel and offers a great concept, a country atmosphere with local specialties. The duck breast 🦆 from a local farm is to die for! Kudos to the chef for meticulously cooking it to the requested temperature; this is becoming increasingly rare! The homemade fries cooked in beef fat are every bit as good as the best Belgian fries! The burgers are made with sufficiently thick French ground beef, ensuring a tender center. And what can I say about the friendly and warm welcome from the servers? Kudos to the new management for offering quality local products at reasonable prices. For me, that's the best recipe for success. A must-visit in Mont-de-Marsan…

Good welcome, good food, fast service, recommended.

I went back today... it's changed a lot. The service is very unpleasant; the waitress kept correcting the names of the dishes, only to get them wrong in the end. We had finished our meal quite a while ago, but she clearly didn't want to offer us dessert. Having had enough, we left, and for good this time.

The duck breast à la carte was perfect (the third one I've tried in Mont-de-Marsan, and by far the best). A few more fries would have been great.
