Onyxia sur Aulnay-Sous-Bois

No matter how much I love the concept of Onyxia, I unfortunately feel it's impossible to place a large order without at least one mistake. I completely understand that managing such a high volume of orders can be complicated, but every time I've tried to eat there with my family, there's been a problem. And this has been going on for years, without any real improvement. Even when ordering directly at the counter, mistakes are still frequent. It's a real shame, because the concept is excellent and deserves to be executed perfectly. The reason I'm writing this review today is mainly because of an incident I find unacceptable. For the first time, I decided to try the ice cream offered by the restaurant... and I found a hair in my ice cream. It obviously wasn't mine, and feeling it on my tongue was a particularly disgusting experience. What makes the situation even more worrying is that I observed several questionable hygiene practices during preparation: the employee simply rinsed their hands instead of washing them, barely rinsed the ice cream scoop, handled my cone with wet fingers, accidentally broke it in front of me without replacing it, and then placed the scoop on a piece of cardboard before asking me to retrieve it myself instead of properly serving the ice cream. In this context, finding a hair in my ice cream was the last straw. I am extremely disappointed with Onyxia. I used to be very fond of this chain, but this incident has made me reconsider. By trying to offer everything, I feel like nothing is truly controlled. The experience ultimately becomes quite ordinary, without any real specialty or consistent quality that would make me want to return. This is all the more regrettable because the potential is clearly there.

No service whatsoever; the customer is responsible for their own well-being. I ate there during the heatwave; it was at least 40 degrees Celsius on the veranda. I was sweating profusely while eating. The manager had deliberately turned off the air conditioning so customers wouldn't linger over the infernal meal.

It's gone downhill considerably; now we pay more for a smaller portion… It's a shame because it's very good and the staff is great.

Fantastic experience at Onyxia O’Parinor! Despite a minor technical issue with the self-service kiosks, the team was incredibly responsive and kind. A huge thank you to the cashiers who were so attentive. I highly recommend them for their excellent service.

I've been to this restaurant several times and I'm always satisfied: the service is quite fast, the food is good, and I've never had a bad experience so far. Yesterday, they were out of the speculoos cheesecake I wanted, but I wanted to thank Amésiane for his warm welcome and professionalism. He really took the time to find a solution instead of just offering me a credit note, and thanks to him, I was finally able to leave with my dessert. Thank you for your kindness and excellent service; it truly makes a difference. I highly recommend this place!

Clean dining room and simple, efficient service 👍 My spicy beef masala was decent. My mother ordered a gratinéed veal cutlet with carbonara pasta (no mention of a slice of turkey), the meat wasn't cooked enough… she was sick for two days 🤢 The Viennese hot chocolate was good, but the waiter was unfriendly. The restrooms need updating 🚻 and the back room is isolated and lacks atmosphere. Mixed review.
