O'Tacos sur Reims

Everything is spotless and clean

Absolutely delicious, as usual, perfect!

Alissia is very helpful, and the tacos were delicious! I highly recommend it!

The food and service were perfect. The only downside to this place is the toilets, which were really not very clean and need improvement in terms of cleanliness.

The staff are always very friendly and smiling. The service is generally quite fast.

The products are good, but the quantity has been almost halved in just a few years. After trying the competition several times, I've noticed that this isn't the case everywhere. It's a shame because this franchise used to be very good. I was served a large taco last night that was exactly the same size as a medium. And the medium taco has already been significantly reduced in size lately…

Clean place, fast service, very pleasant staff

We came to eat tacos today. When we received our order, one of the tacos was awful, meaning that when I ate it, I could only taste the taco dough. Then came the huge cordon bleu, not even cut into pieces. The taco was dry and had forgotten the cheese sauce. It made you wonder if the cook was drunk. Luckily, the red-haired lady at the counter was very kind and made me the best taco, with more extra than expected, to apologize for her drunk cook. 😭

The price of extras is outrageous, already costing as much as the tacos! And they're always out of stock, especially the new items. Your kiosks are incredibly slow.

Clean, welcoming place and fast food.
