O'Tacos sur Reims

Friendly welcome, relatively clean establishment. However, regarding the menu: undercooked fries, undercooked or reheated nuggets, undercooked chili cheese, and the tacos were just okay... Half the meal was unusable, and this was the case with two different menus...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly, one of the best O’Tacos experiences ever! The welcome was fantastic, the staff were friendly and efficient. The tacos were generous, well-filled, piping hot, and above all, delicious. The ingredients were fresh, the meat was cooked perfectly, and the cheese sauce was, as always, incredible. The restaurant is clean, the order was prepared quickly, and you can tell the team cares about quality. It's the kind of place you'll happily return to. If you're hesitating, go for it without hesitation. For me, it's definitely one of the best O’Tacos I've ever tried! Thank you to the team, and especially to Tabatha for her kindness and energy!

Very good, it's just a shame there wasn't more sauce in the tacos because there was very little Algerian sauce each time 😞

O’Tacos is well located in the mall, with a large, easily accessible parking lot. The place is clean and pleasant, with tables inside and an outdoor patio for sunny days. One small drawback: we ordered a large and an extra-large, but they were practically the same size. In other O’Tacos locations, the size difference is usually quite noticeable. This left us a little puzzled, especially since the price difference is significant. We're still wondering if it was just a small mistake that day or not...🤔

Friendly staff, order received very quickly, but the large taco, which is the size of my hand, isn't particularly good value.

The blonde waitress wasn't very courteous; she fixed her hair mid-service, took the tray without washing her hands, didn't say hello, and used her phone during service.
