It's a shame to have to go to the Starbucks next door when you want to order and eat in, even before 7:00 PM, because Paul's restaurant is closed in one of the biggest shopping malls. I think they need to improve their customer service…

This review is based solely on my personal experience. The petite, Black, and radiant manager provided incredible service. Her service perfectly complemented the delicious hot chocolate she served me, which was simply fabulous. I don't know what more I can do than leave a review to support her, but I hope she keeps up the good work! Aside from that, the place is very pleasant and the decor is top-notch; the only thing missing, unfortunately, is restrooms.

This is my third Uber order today, and there were delivery errors again. Three orders, three different mistakes. I'm not going to try it again.
