A fantastic, personalized welcome from Mélissa, who is always smiling and energetic! Being in retail myself, I appreciate her ease in interacting with customers and, above all, her sense of humor. Their manager is also excellent! As for the shop, there's always a great selection. I tried the hazelnut croissant this year, and it would be wonderful if they could add it to their menu permanently because it's delicious! 😉

It's a shame to have to go to the Starbucks next door when you want to order and eat in, even before 7:00 PM, because Paul's restaurant is closed in one of the biggest shopping malls. I think they need to improve their customer service…

This review is based solely on my personal experience. The petite, Black, and radiant manager provided incredible service. Her service perfectly complemented the delicious hot chocolate she served me, which was simply fabulous. I don't know what more I can do than leave a review to support her, but I hope she keeps up the good work! Aside from that, the place is very pleasant and the decor is top-notch; the only thing missing, unfortunately, is restrooms.
