Personally I don't understand the negative reviews. The rare times I had a problem (which happens in any fast food) everything was resolved with great kindness

I don't understand the negative reviews, the restaurant is very clean and the staff are responsive and pleasant. The people who criticize don't realize what it's like to work at Mac do 7 collines, a lot of people are disrespectful with their kids who don't respect anything, not even able to clear their table or bend down to pick up what they are doing fall to the ground. I think that the people who work here have merit

We got to the opening after a whole night of driving. At the counter, a young woman who was a little lost, but so pleasant that it made the experience pleasant.

We came last night and got takeaway because next to our hotel. Fast service, everything was very hot except one Burger. Large half filled fries… But to our surprise we got 2x9 nuggets instead of just a portion of 9 nuggets ordered, but we only noticed it once we got to the hotel… 😅 I hope that's not the case. Didn't miss anyone else... and we asked for Ketchup with the fries and in the end we got 1 ketchup and 2 mayonnaise… you might as well not ask for our choice if you put both 😅

24/01/2025: Friday January 24, 2025, we had lunch between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. with 3 adults at Babbo Nîmes before going to the cinema. We were 6 customers and 3 employees. The adorable waitress. She did everything she could to please us. We asked for bossa nova as background music. However, the fries were overcooked. The breads/buns were cold. The meat was rare, as requested, and the organic rosé wine was very good. The room is large and friendly. I was surprised that all the other restaurants went bankrupt but it's true that during the week at lunchtime there is no one in the parking lot either.
29/12/2024: Good atmosphere, little background music. The service at the top. We were served quickly. The dishes are plentiful. Good value for money!

21/06/2025: We go there every two weeks, very good pizza and very reasonable prices with the discount vouchers on the site, ultra-fast ordering and always on top, nothing to complain about 🥰
