Understaffed servers, 30-minute wait in line for a table when almost half the restaurant is empty with no indication of reserved tables, 3 times dishes served to the wrong table, a waitress not "able to take our order" after a 30-minute wait... but the dishes are still as good.

We often eat at the Del Arté chain, which we appreciate for the quality of its Italian cuisine, and especially the one in Ivry-sur-Seine, just a stone's throw from our home. So, we have no complaints about the meal, which lived up to our expectations. However, it's true that you shouldn't be in a hurry. The wait is very long. Nevertheless, I want to commend the waitresses and their manager for their warm welcome and dedication. Despite the large crowd on Valentine's Day evening, they did their best to provide service. Contrary to some reviews, I'd like to point out that the problem today isn't recruiting staff, but rather finding people willing to do a difficult job serving customers who aren't always pleasant. So, 5 stars to those who work hard and do their best to serve us!
