A favorite spot in Pertuis, and one we've been going to for years. The pizzas are delicious, as are the homemade desserts and ice cream. Cleanliness, quality products, pleasant atmosphere. And the welcome ❤️

The title of Master Craftsman of Marcou promises excellence, but the technical reality is somewhat disappointing for enthusiasts. Pizzas are baked on a conveyor belt in a conveyor oven, and the use of industrially produced Aropiz sauce, textured with potato starch, makes it feel more like a delivery chain than traditional craftsmanship. While the results are consistent and the service is fast, for such a prestigious title, one would expect a traditionally baked crust and real, raw tomato pulp, free of additives.

I've known Marcou since I was 14 and I'm 50 now, nothing has changed, the welcome is always very warm, the food is excellent, and frankly I recommend it to everyone because you really feel like you're in a family atmosphere ❤️💕
