Pizza Rhuys sur Theix

We wanted to try Pizza Rhuys after seeing that most of their ingredients were local and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The pizzas were good, but...: Regarding the cooking, we didn't taste the wood fire. The ingredients are good, but the major drawback is that they are really under-topped. Add more toppings because we were left wanting more... For example, my dad wanted to try the sardine pizza, and there were only six small pieces of sardine... The goat cheese pizza had far too much honey, which is a shame because the goat cheese was really delicious. I'm not sure I'll try it again because there are better and more generously topped pizzas in the area (Sulniac or Elven, for example).

The pizzas are still excellent. The staff, even if it's not always the same, are always friendly, dedicated, and professional. In short, when friends from other regions come to visit for a few days, there's always an unmissable evening with Pizza Rhuys. Keep it up!

Unfriendly, makes you feel like you're bothering them when you come to pick up your order. A shame, because the pizzas are good.

Good pizza, but lacking in toppings; we've come to expect better over the last 30 years.

I had a vegan pizza on Thursday, April 9, 2026. It was good, but there was very little filling. Too much pastry, and therefore expensive. However, the cider was excellent.

I ordered a "cot cot" pizza, a real treat for the taste buds! Darn, I forgot to ask for hot sauce. A bottle of cider to go with it—in short, a perfect and excellent meal.
