Nice hypermarket, clean and generally fair prices

As a regular customer, I find the experience increasingly frustrating. The self-checkouts constantly jam after scanning my items, forcing an employee to scan everything again. This defeats the purpose and takes twice as long. Furthermore, scooters are now not allowed at the entrance. Shopping here has become a chore rather than a convenient experience. To make matters worse, some staff members are sorely lacking in friendliness and professionalism. The only positive point is that the store is well-stocked and offers a wide selection of products. But the accumulation of these inconveniences spoils the overall experience.
