This establishment gives off a strange feeling. The female waitresses, however, make an effort, salvage the situation, and deserve 4 stars. The male staff, on the other hand, are nonchalant, seem bored, and lack enthusiasm. The prepared dish (flamcusch) had a crust that was only half-cooked (just look at the plates being returned to you to understand). As in all businesses, the owner sets the mood and motivates his team. The overall mediocre atmosphere doesn't make us want to return. It wouldn't take much for it to become enjoyable.

We had a hamburger and a Welsh rarebit, both were delicious and generous portions! We highly recommend it!

The waiter at table 25 today was unpleasant...no smile, no conversation, almost rushed to finish his shift. We'd barely finished our aperitif when the main course arrived, and he was having trouble carrying the plates. The cooking juices overflowed the rim. No apology, nothing at all. I love this place, but frankly, I'm disappointed. I mentioned it to the reception, but nothing came of it.

Impeccable service, disappointing food. The food was typical of mass-produced dishes: bland carbonnade, unseasoned salad with few vegetables, overloaded with cheddar, and a standard pulled beef burger.
It's a shame they don't have a smaller menu with more refined dishes.
A big thank you to the young woman who was very attentive and friendly.
We won't be returning to this establishment.
