I came with a friend a week ago, it was my first experience in a bakery in Paris and I was not disappointed. I was very happy to know your bakery! The prices are affordable, the sandwiches are delicious and fresh! You have the choice of products. The space is clean, you can also sit inside, you can take your sandwiches, salads or others which are already wrapped in cling film or in boxes as well as your drink, all in a cool place, with free access for customers, which I think is well thought out. The staff is also very welcoming. In the future I will come back with my family to introduce them to your bakery, thank you again 🤗

A bakery discovered by chance in search of a sandwich. I found my happiness at Fred. I thought I saw that their specialty was more on pastries and pastries, however the Italian sandwich was good and well stocked.

Too bad the salespeople aren't more friendly. I had to order desserts from several places, so I asked if there were other choices than the 3 in the window. The saleswoman replied that there were no other possibilities... and this being intense coldness. In short I will go elsewhere.

This review concerns the flan: it is delicious, light, soft and with a good vanilla taste. Thin dough. Good breads and pastries.

On June 10, I bought 2 pieces of flan, 1 chocolate nun and 1 raspberry macaron with mousse. The flans were very good, certainly very sweet, but very regressive, reminiscent of "grandmother's" (the name of their flan is well chosen). On the other hand, the chocolate nun's cream had a real problem because it tasted good but it had lumps and was enveloped in liquid as if it had been frozen and the cream had sliced. Furthermore, the cabbage was a little dry and not well garnished. The macaron tasted good but again the macaron was dry although the whole thing, macaron+raspberry+mousse, was harmonious. They won 2nd prize in a competition, among other things, for their chocolate eclair... clearly with the cream present in the nun that I tasted, they would have been disqualified. I give 3 stars because their flan is very good but for the other 2 cakes I was disappointed and in particular the nun which for me should not have been put on sale.
