When I read the name, I thought “come back” to this Korean restaurant! The kimchi stew was really better than most kimchi stews eaten in Seoul, and the stone pot bibimbap, japchae, and side dishes were all very delicious... Many travelers and Koreans should stop by.
It was a very enjoyable dining experience. Yummy food and calm atmosphere. It's rare to find a restaurant in Paris where we can actually talk and hear without shouting. :D
A fan of Korean restaurants for my blog, I have tried practically all the authentic ones in the 15th. In a hurry one lunchtime and then I decided to try TOA. The boss takes me at 2 p.m. (closing at 2:30 p.m.), as friendly as a prison door. Either. I order a japchae, quite good but covering... rice! Very strange. On the other hand, the soup and the panchan were not good... And the icing on the cake: when I leave, a table of four arrives (around 2:20 p.m.) and the owner welcomes them with a big smile! I won't go back there.
Restaurant with cute decor and a nice atmosphere: pleasant music and friendly owners.
Dishes include: ravioli soup (well spicy without being spicy with soft ravioli) and succulent bibimbap.
When I visited Paris two years ago, they were so friendly and delicious that I wondered if they still had a store. I visited and was so happy that it was still there :)
I went in and had bibimbap...it was more delicious than the dolsot bibimbap at a Korean snack bar...
The store is cute and the owner and his wife welcomed me so warmly that I came back from my trip with a full meal!
Actually, I don't often write reviews because it's a hassle when I come back, but I'll leave it in memory!!
