Is it normal that a saleswoman who is at the takeaway does not serve me because in principle she serves the customers on site??? Please note there were no customers at the counter on site. The answer to my question why I was not served is as follows: each staff must stay in their area. So the customer has to wait while one of the two salespeople does nothing??? In no Poulallion store for several decades have I seen this!!!! In addition I bought 2 Almonds which were packaged in a bag like hotcakes, I had to ask for them to be put in a box. Training to improve!!!

I particularly wanted to thank Marie and Stephanie, for their kindness, welcome and kindness, you are great. And the whole pfastatt team. Coming with more than 25 for a group to eat a BBC and being able to serve it so quickly, hats off, it was very good.

Excellent and quality cuisine 😉👍, staff very available and smiling😃 despite certain busy hours or days. I take my hat off to them because this job is not always easy. Good-natured and friendly atmosphere😍💞. Place of exchange and reunion of regulars. Meals can be taken inside or outside depending on the weather since nature is very close, they can also be taken away. I go there regularly for breakfast🥐☕️, a daily special🍽, a sandwich or other pastries and treats🍪🧁🍧😋 depending on the season. August 1, 2024 Very disappointed recently with the dishes received cold, incomplete with stale bread, missing cutlery, modified dishes which do not correspond to what is indicated. I can understand that to err is human but TOO MUCH is TOO MUCH. There is a big lack of organization and control of dishes and services. The summer period doesn't explain everything. The quiche is excellent!! The pleasant and smiling employees are all the opposite of all the other chickens in the town... apparently life is more beautiful on the farm!!! Small downside for the toilets... But we won't hold that against you.

Fantastic products, nice service, I really recommend it

A very nice place to eat at lunchtime and in the afternoon. However, it is deplorable to note that the outdoor places are often occupied by people who do not consume "chicken farm" products, but take from the bag. and stay for hours with the children's snacks. They occupy the benches and we have no choice of seats even though we pay for our drinks. Surveillance would be welcome or prevention by signs.
