Friendly staff, we only had coffees and they were good.

Delicious, inexpensive compared to other bakeries, and a wide variety of choices. They even have small batches of leftovers at low prices, and they're still just as good. The service is pretty good, but I think it depends on who's working. It's just a shame the parking spaces are a bit small.

I love Poulaillon products; they're quick, good, and reasonably priced. The one in Rixheim is particularly good, especially the small chocolate ones, which many traditional bakeries don't reach.

During our stay, we had the pleasure of regularly visiting this bakery, conveniently located just across the road from our accommodation, which made it an effortless choice for our morning provisions. The establishment proved consistently delightful. Across four separate visits, we sampled a wide variety of pastries and sandwiches, each prepared to an excellent standard. The quality was invariably outstanding, with the strawberry tart standing out as truly exceptional, delicately balanced and beautifully executed. What impressed us most was the consistency maintained on every occasion, which speaks highly of the care and professionalism behind the offering. It is therefore with genuine confidence that we would highly recommend this bakery. The only minor consideration is that communication may be somewhat challenging for those who do not speak French, as alternative languages do not appear to be widely spoken. However, this is a small point and does not detract from what is otherwise an excellent experience.

The service was a bit poor, but much better in Sierentz.

Excellent spot in Rixheim! Whether it's bread, pastries, or Moricette® biscuits, everything is fresh and delicious. The quality is top-notch, and there's a wide variety to choose from. The welcome is warm, and the service is efficient. A bakery-restaurant I highly recommend.
