I go there regularly and I'm never disappointed. The sandwiches and pastries are good, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the service is fast.

Beautiful place, delicious food, and a great price. We had the set menu with a drink and dessert for only €16.50. The portions were super generous, and the desserts were also very good!

Wide selection of fresh sandwiches, all the goodies from a French bakery, and a wide choice of pastries. We bought a lot and everything was delicious! Also delicious macarons.

Visited the Poulaillon Rixheim drive-through today... The state of the counter where we were given our food is simply shameful. The walls are covered in smears and the window frame is disgustingly filthy. Hygiene must be impeccable from start to finish, especially in areas where products pass through. It's very unappealing; I won't be back anytime soon if nothing is done. Following my initial review, the facade and window were quickly cleaned. Excellent response.

10/03/2026: I think it's a very good bakery with quality products. The bread is very good, except I find the croissants aren't as good as they used to be—too dry, they shrink on the butter, it's like eating bread. And the almond croissants have no almond flavor at all.
