PUM Thai Restaurant & Cooking School sur Mulhouse

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had lunch today at PUM Thai Curry Bar, and I wanted to especially highlight the exceptional quality of Kevin's welcome and service. From our arrival until our departure, he was absolutely remarkable: smiling, warm, attentive, and available, all while remaining perfectly professional. He knows his menu, his products, and, more broadly, everything the establishment offers. He was able to answer all our questions precisely, advise us on the dishes, and also inform us about the cooking classes and the various products offered by PUM. What also struck me was seeing him attend to the other tables with exactly the same care and kindness. He's not simply someone who knows how to serve a table well: Kevin has a genuine sense of hospitality and human connection. A truly wonderful experience, both for the food we ate and for the person who welcomed us. Our establishment is very fortunate to have a colleague like Kevin on its team. Thank you to him for a wonderful time. We will gladly return. ⭐️

A very good little Thai restaurant. The salad was very fresh and aromatic. A real treat. The green curry was also very good with plenty of vegetables, and finally, for what it was worth, the party was excellent. The service was friendly and efficient.

The restaurant itself is not bad but I was a little disappointed with the food. The fried rice was not great, there were far too many carrots and they were undercooked, and there was very little portion of the pad thai. On the other hand, the Thai salad was good, as was the lemonade. It's not authentic Thai cuisine, but it's acceptable for a quick meal when you're really hungry.

Very simple food, little variety. Almost no vegetables in the curry and stir-fry. An excess of noodles.

Friday evening, 9 pm, fast service and excellent food. A delightful culinary discovery, full of flavor and pleasure on the plate. An exceptionally kind waiter and the pleasure of hearing the chefs cooking in the back room. Thank you to the entire team!

I've been there twice already and I didn't have a very good experience. The first time, with my mom, we asked for a 2/5 chili level and frankly, we didn't specify our dish at all. The chili was extremely hot and it really bothered us. I went back the day before yesterday and this time I ordered a dish that wasn't spicy at all, and this time it was actually quite good. However, just like the first time, in the evening when I got home and the next day I had digestive problems and quite severe diarrhea. Furthermore, what I don't really appreciate about this restaurant is that it's very dark, and as someone with poor vision, it's difficult for me to see what's in my seat at the end when night falls.

Excellent restaurant! The quality/price ratio is very good, and the staff are warm and welcoming. In Mulhouse, it's a place we'll gladly return to. For two people (starter, main course, and drink), expect to pay around twenty euros.
