The atmosphere was a bit too gloomy and awkward because the staff weren't friendly and the Indian music was a little too loud. There wasn't much food choice, especially among popular dishes like the grilled vegetables; by 9 pm they were already sold out and the restaurant hadn't been refilled. The worst part was the desserts. Apart from a small, bland fruit salad with tiny pieces, the other desserts were very poor and the selection was far too limited.
On the other hand, the decor is beautiful and comfortable. We ate there as a family of six in December. The price is the same as other restaurants of the same type that offer more choices but are much too noisy.
We go there regularly because we really love their food. Very friendly staff. Warm atmosphere. Parking right in front of the restaurant. They accept holiday vouchers, but with a limit on the amount due to fraud.
The restaurant is very beautiful, the atmosphere is warm, but unfortunately, the value for money doesn't match the very poor buffet, which explains the empty dining room at 8 pm on a Friday evening. There are very few choices, especially when it comes to desserts. For the price, it's unfortunately not worth it for an evening meal without drinks (soft drinks are €4), unlike other buffets in the shopping area. On the other hand, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Three stars because there's real potential if they make an effort in the future.
My boyfriend and I discovered Punjab Clay in Souilly and had a wonderful time! The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat buffet with delicious and varied Indian dishes, perfect for discovering new flavors. The welcome was warm and the atmosphere pleasant. A great find, we can't wait to go back.
A real treat! 👍 We've had lunch and dinner at this restaurant twice recently and we weren't disappointed at all. The dishes are absolutely delicious! 😋 We'll be back!
