Quick sur Montevrain

I really love this Burger King! The servers are lovely, and a big thank you to Aminata for her kindness! We'll definitely be back!

I received a very warm welcome from Nathan, who was very helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff were professional, nothing to complain about.

Super clean and spacious. The staff are super friendly and pleasant, especially a great gentleman named Nathan who was incredibly kind.

At lunchtime, how can it be explained that fries weren't offered with the large meal deals but were with the small ones? Is it normal not to be able to choose fries with a large meal at that time? We had to order two small meals, with small fries and small drinks, when we wanted the XL meals. The portions of fries were also very small. For the large meals, the only alternatives offered were carrots or a salad, which were charged extra. It's frankly shameful: we're not rabbits! Our burgers were served cold. When we asked for hot burgers instead, we were refused, told that a microwave was available in the dining area. It seems reasonable to expect a burger to be served hot, without having to heat it up ourselves. Finally, we found the staff unfriendly and unresponsive to our complaints. Given the price we paid, we expected more attention to detail in the meals and a warmer welcome. A disappointing experience.

Great team and efficient ordering, thank you!

Check the tenders before leaving. Three orders with completely flat items that I had to return, not cool.

Good service; Shana served us with kindness and a smile. Thank you.

Very good. Meal served by Shana. Have a good evening.

Thank you to Shana for the excellent table service.

It was delicious, fast service, attentive staff
