The manager was unpleasant; he refused to exchange my long-stemmed shepherd's chicken for a long-stemmed one, even though my niece and nephew had a €53 menu. He replied, "I don't care, you'll have to pay for another shepherd's chicken."
I'm a big fan of the giant and long bacon burgers. The food is excellent. However, it's a bit noisy and the wait after ordering can be a little long, but when you enjoy something, you can wait...
One of the last remaining Quick restaurants, I appreciate being able to go back because it reminds me of my childhood. However, the burgers have gotten much smaller, but the sauce in the chicken nuggets is still the same and just as good. The fries are thicker than at McDonald's, but the portion size isn't as generous. There's enough space to sit, but it gets quite crowded during peak hours. Unfortunately, there aren't enough restrooms (just one).
Honestly, luckily the director or manager was there to serve and welcome the customers, because the other waiters were not smiling, they were unpleasant!
