Update: Everything is back to normal, contact was easily re-established, and a solution was found quickly. Following a call to cancel an order, the manager on the phone told me it was indeed canceled on their end. However, the order was charged to my account the next day and is still showing as picked up in the parking lot. Being over 3 hours away from your restaurant, this seems rather unbelievable. (They are no longer answering the phone; if this changes, my bill will be affected.)

Very clean restaurant, beautiful terrace, fast service. The fries and sandwiches are excellent. 👌

The staff are pleasant and smiling. Table service is generally quite fast. The burgers are always well-made and therefore enjoyable to eat. Finally, the value for money is good, with menus to suit all budgets.
