02/07/2026: A great training restaurant in Vienna. We go there regularly. Parking isn't too difficult.
We recommend booking during exam periods... Discover some wonderful dishes, a superb building, and if you're coming to visit, there's plenty to see: the city of Vienna, Roman ruins—enough to fill a whole day.
08/03/2026: We have been coming to the training restaurant for lunch or dinner for several years now, and we have always been satisfied with both the quality of the food and the service. The students aren't all at the same level, but they do their best to ensure a warm welcome and excellent service with food and drinks. The Brasserie is also very good; we've tried it three times. A few comments, however: I regret one experience at the Brasserie where we were only informed once we were seated and our aperitifs had been served that the entire menu had been changed due to a lack of ingredients. We would have appreciated being notified beforehand, even if only to cancel, as the menu we were served wasn't what we particularly liked! Also, a minor point about the special Brittany menu at the beginning of February: we thoroughly enjoyed the dessert, which was delicious, but we were disappointed with the starter. We weren't expecting a velouté with pieces of scallop (it wasn't listed on the menu), but rather scallops prepared differently. As for the main course, the cod, while very well cooked, lacked accompaniments. That evening, the service at our table was a little lacking in attention. We waited over half an hour for our aperitif (apparently there was a problem at the bar...) and had to ask another waiter for it. In short, despite this slightly less positive experience, we will return because on other occasions, we have always been very satisfied and received excellent service. The dishes offered before Christmas are delicious and beautifully presented. The effort put into preparing the meat and fish is evident. The welcome is very courteous at both restaurants. The setting is splendid.
