A little gem that doesn't seem like it...And yet the location is ideal, quiet and comfortable. And then the team in place is exceptional, without forgetting original, fine, excellent and surprising cuisine!
Spacious clean room even if now a little dated... the average rating is given by two factors, one very subjective which is the cuisine being a little too Dutch :) and in the formula together with the overnight stay there are no possibilities of choice, but the breakfast was excellent. ..a piece of advice paying almost 200 euros for two for the night and dinner, the glass of wine not a bottle, which was not included in the dinner itself, I would have offered it and not asked for 6 euros at the time of invoicing...but I'm choices :)
Very kind and smiling welcome from Maarten, we were upgraded to a suite rather than a room with 3 adult beds, good breakfast with local cheeses and honey that comes straight from the honeycomb wax sheet, fresh fruit
We stayed at Le Cassini for 10 days with a group of 7 cyclists. Location was perfect for all the iconic climbs.
Maarten supplied us with breakfast and magnificent 3 course dinners each day.
Staff were very friendly and nothing was a trouble.
Looking forward to our next visit.
