Excellent restaurant in the Vosges. The products are of very good quality, prepared with care, using local sources. The steak tartare was excellent, probably the best I've eaten so far. The orange crème brûlée was delicious. You can feel the chef's expertise as well as the quality of the raw materials. The prices are not exorbitant at all for the quality of the dishes. The managers are very kind and welcoming. We had a great evening, we will come back when we are in the area again!

I came this afternoon and was disappointed with the meal of the day. For the starter, half a slice of pâté en croûte. For the main course, smoked pork with lentils, only a side dish was missing. Dessert was normal. Service was correct but very noisy in the dining room. Compared to the rating, it was on the side.
