21/09/2024: Meal plan: We visited Silver Spur Steakhouse with our meal plan. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait over 30 minutes to be served. Even then it took a while until the food was served. Food: The food was OK, but nothing special. It lacked sophistication and was more reminiscent of standard fare you'd expect at a steakhouse. Ambience: The restaurant was very noisy, which made it difficult to enjoy the food. The atmosphere was that of a typical Western steakhouse, but was less pleasant due to the high noise level. Service: The service was unfortunately disappointing. It took a very long time before we were even served and the waiting times between courses were also far too long. This significantly spoiled the overall impression. Sanitary facilities: The sanitary facilities are definitely not sufficient for the size of the restaurant. There were only two toilets for women and one for men, which led to long waiting times when it was at full capacity.
