A truly wonderful experience! The staff were lovely and very attentive. A huge thank you to the team and the chef who prepared a vegetarian menu for us! The rooms are superb, very clean, and have an incredible view. The spa is also fantastic, with different rooms perfect for complete relaxation. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back! The hotel sits perched at an altitude of approximately 700 meters above Colmar, nestled in the valley below. This affords a magnificent view of the beautiful city. Colmar is about a 20-minute drive away. The staff is very friendly and often up for a bit of fun. In addition to a good breakfast, the hotel offers a high-quality and generous dinner (if booked in advance!). While the cuisine may take some getting used to for German palates, it is always delicious. The hotel boasts a lovely spa area on the lowest floor, directly accessible by elevator. However, as regular sauna users, we were very disappointed by the rule that the spa area, including the sauna and steam room (hammam), could only be entered wearing swimwear. Since we booked our stay at this hotel specifically because of the spa area, which was so beautifully presented in the brochures, this was particularly frustrating. Who goes into the sauna in a swimsuit? For this reason alone, we will not be returning. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. While the TV does receive German public broadcasters starting from channel 50, the reception quality is sometimes abysmal! (The picture pixelates and freezes occasionally.) But it's better than nothing! Otherwise, the hotel is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Alsace region with its picturesque little towns and other attractions.

A very pleasant stay, the staff were very welcoming and warm, as well as very competent. Just one minor point about the shower, but really just a detail (the shower curtain was too short, so we got the whole bathroom wet). An address I'll definitely keep in mind. Thank you.

Excellent hotel, great value for money! A very warm welcome, the staff are attentive, and Tarek demonstrated his commitment and professionalism. His colleagues were equally impressive. We hesitated to stay there given all the negative reviews, but in the end, we didn't regret it at all. The room was very spacious and clean, with an exceptional view, and to top it all off, hiking trails nearby. We'll be back! 😊

PERFECT! Our third stay at this hotel with a couple of friends. The rooms are spacious and VERY clean, THANK YOU to the CLEANING TEAM. The spa area is also very clean and well-heated. Breakfast was as generous as ever (fresh fruit, various breads, savory items, excellent coffee, and a delicious crepe as a bonus, plus a wide selection of side dishes). The restaurant is excellent, with varied and generous meals, beautifully presented. The staff is very professional and attentive. Monji and Tarek's smiles and kindness are so delightful that they make us want to return. Which we will certainly do with great pleasure.
