Great hotel room and the food is amazing 🔨

There's almost nothing to complain about here, except for the somewhat spartan breakfast with its limited selection. A buffet would have been nicer for dinner, as the set menu wasn't to everyone's taste, although it was still very tasty. The sauna and pool are fantastic!

For a family holiday, I highly recommend this hotel; despite its location being far from many things, it's a hotel worth staying in!

One night half-board as part of a gift voucher. The hotel is beautifully situated with a breathtaking view of the plain and the mountains. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean. We appreciated the parquet flooring and the separate toilet. The wellness area is perfectly adequate; the pool can be a little cold, but the setting is very attractive, the meal was very good, and the staff was very pleasant.

Fantastic stay at the L’Alexain spa and wellness hotel in Trois-Épis. A calm and peaceful place, ideal for recharging. The spa is high-quality and very well maintained, the staff are welcoming and professional, and it was a relaxing experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend it.

Positive points: magnificent view. Excellent restaurant with responsive and helpful staff. Pleasant spa. Negative points: spa opening hours. The bedding isn't very comfortable. The decor is outdated 🤷‍♀️ (a matter of taste). Overall, excellent value for money.

A truly wonderful experience! The staff were lovely and very attentive. A huge thank you to the team and the chef who prepared a vegetarian menu for us! The rooms are superb, very clean, and have an incredible view. The spa is also fantastic, with different rooms perfect for complete relaxation. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back! The hotel sits perched at an altitude of approximately 700 meters above Colmar, nestled in the valley below. This affords a magnificent view of the beautiful city. Colmar is about a 20-minute drive away. The staff is very friendly and often up for a bit of fun. In addition to a good breakfast, the hotel offers a high-quality and generous dinner (if booked in advance!). While the cuisine may take some getting used to for German palates, it is always delicious. The hotel boasts a lovely spa area on the lowest floor, directly accessible by elevator. However, as regular sauna users, we were very disappointed by the rule that the spa area, including the sauna and steam room (hammam), could only be entered wearing swimwear. Since we booked our stay at this hotel specifically because of the spa area, which was so beautifully presented in the brochures, this was particularly frustrating. Who goes into the sauna in a swimsuit? For this reason alone, we will not be returning. The room was very clean and cleaned daily. While the TV does receive German public broadcasters starting from channel 50, the reception quality is sometimes abysmal! (The picture pixelates and freezes occasionally.) But it's better than nothing! Otherwise, the hotel is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Alsace region with its picturesque little towns and other attractions.
