We were thrilled by the courteous service and the friendliness of the staff. Excellent food. Everything cozy and very clean. Located somewhat in the Vosges, excellent views of Colmar. Highly recommended at any time.

Extraordinary friendliness of the staff. Here you don't just have dinner, you eat here. A lovely older patron of the hotel loves to give a short lecture in German and French to the guests having breakfast with a lot of empathy for the hotel and the surrounding area.

A charming weekend in a very professional establishment which knows how to renovate regularly. The evening meal and breakfast were perfect, both the dishes and the service in a very pleasant room. Thinking of slices of kouglof for breakfast was welcome! The room and its balcony overlooking the valley was a very good time, as was the hammam and sauna spa. The pretty swimming pool, however, was not warm enough for my liking and insufficiently lit. My disabled father was able to enjoy all the activities but only after the stairs leading to the reception at the threshold of which I had dropped him off by car...

Magnificent hotel with a splendid view. Top notch staff available and friendly. Gourmet cuisine. Great discovery, we will return there.

Spent a short weekend as a couple, the decor needs to be reviewed, a mix of everything... the welcome is very friendly but the rooms need to be reviewed... the meal is super good but the breakfast isn't much choice... the management is very nice, I I received a good bottle of Crémant offered... thank you very much

Several stays in this hotel, always delighted to come. Too bad the wellness area leaves something to be desired, very cold swimming pool, tiles not clean, lights not all working. Another negative point was that the heating in our room did not work (although it is a good gift for Christmas and it is 20€ more per person, there are 2 of us, so 40€) so we had a small electric heater as a replacement, knowing that the room had been reserved since the end of December. Another small downside, the ladies at breakfast are not at all smiling, don't say hello, don't speak French at all and don't understand it, too bad they were asked several times without being able to respond to people. Otherwise all the rest of the staff have nothing to complain about at the top of the top, a little extra for the server who is always friendly and smiling. And the meals are excellent and very plentiful, the breakfast is excellent and quantitative.

A little disappointed with this weekend.. To start with the bedroom = slept in a bed without a mattress protector with a holey sheet cover.. A shower without curtain or wall... Not even a bottle of water in the room... Very poorly soundproofed... Spa area = tiny salt cave that doesn't work and children of all ages... A swimming pool that is too cold and just one shower... The meal was good but what if you don’t like (fish)??? I would not return despite the (mostly) friendly staff Lack of welcome in the morning for breakfast (barely a hello and then again) Same for the spa = no one... I am shocked at the price for bathrobe rental = 15 euros...for an old piece of fabric...

The Alexain spa hotel is an establishment where I regularly spend excellent holidays. The quality of service and comfort is constantly there thanks to regular renovations. The welcome is always warm, which helps to create a pleasant atmosphere upon our arrival. The spa is a real asset with its sauna, hammam and swimming pool, offering unforgettable moments of relaxation. In addition, the meals, whose unique 4-course menu changes every day, are always a real treat for the taste buds. In short, it is a place where you feel perfectly good and where each stay is a real pleasure.
