Restaurant Le Provence sur Corenc

I had the pleasure of discovering Maison Provence - Restaurant et Comptoir in Corenc, and I highly recommend this place; it's well worth a visit. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the setting. The restaurant boasts a beautiful dining room that is both traditional, modern, and refined, as well as a magnificent tree-lined terrace, particularly pleasant and shaded on sunny days. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing break. The service was simply impeccable. The waitress was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring throughout the meal. As for the owner, he is particularly warm and welcoming, taking the time to chat with his customers, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A lover of octopus, I started with an octopus carpaccio before enjoying the grilled octopus. And there, a true revelation: I had never eaten octopus so delicious, so tender, and so perfectly prepared. The cooking was masterfully executed, beautifully showcasing the ingredients. The foie gras appetizer was also a true delight, as was the trout fillet, delicately prepared and bursting with flavor. And what about the desserts! The gourmet coffee was particularly generous, offering miniature versions of several desserts from the menu. Personally, I succumbed to the chocolate fondant with caramel and vanilla ice cream: a pure delight, indulgent and perfectly balanced. It was a magnificent evening in a charming setting, enhanced by high-quality cuisine and exemplary service. I will return with immense pleasure and highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of fine food and convivial moments. A truly wonderful discovery in Corenc.

A wonderful discovery! We received a warm and attentive welcome upon arrival. The ingredients are fresh, high-quality, and expertly prepared. The menu isn't too extensive, which is often a sign of freshness, but it's still varied and comprehensive. The lunchtime set menu is excellent, offering great value for money. Special mention goes to the lovely shaded terrace, perfect for enjoying sunny days. A pleasant setting, friendly service, and delicious food: we'll gladly return!
