Excellent cuisine, surprising and absolutely delicious, each bite is a delight for the taste buds. A more than acceptable welcome, in a magnificent setting, an authenticity brought up to date. I recommend.

Excellent restaurant. This is the 2nd time we've been there. The cuisine is fine and refined. There are themed menus as well as brunches that I hope to try one day when I return to Alsace. For the 2nd consecutive season the hotel restaurant (yes there is also a hotel!) Closed from November 12 until the beginning of May. The chef and his wife are spending the winter season in Val d'Isère in a mountain restaurant at 2700. I recommend

We went for a Brunch, cold buffet level very good.. Concerning the very average hot buffet (lack of choice especially in terms of vegetables but also in terms of hot dishes.). We found value for money (60€) per person, it’s expensive.. And what's more, 1 bottle of sparkling water at €5 for the ultimate... On the other hand, the setting of the restaurant is magnificent..

19/03/2024: Very good restaurant, good food, nothing to say about the dishes but should change the menu a little, I've been coming for 3 years and still the same menu. the waitress is very nice but the owner is the kind of braggart with thoughts that match her character, I try to go there when she's not there so as not to spoil the fun. On the other hand, the boss is nice and funny.
15/03/2024: Friendly hotel-restaurant; a pleasant restaurant room with a great welcome from the owners.

06/04/2024: Ideal place to rest in peace and be awakened by the singing of birds. The welcome is very pleasant. The chalets are very nice, comfortable mattresses, Italian shower... Etc. I valid.
03/04/2024: family weekend (3 children + 2 parents) chalet meets our expectations, everything works nice little chalet village Very good welcome, friendly staff the heated and covered swimming pool, a real plus for children, especially in the gloomy weather! breakfast at extra cost correct. the restaurant staff is friendly. location surrounded by nature, 30 minutes from Colmar and 30 minutes from Mulhouse by car these chalets are now in our address book and we will definitely come back
