Restaurant Lou Seurrots sur Saint-Julien-En-Born

My only complaint is the €7 charge for a pet on a campervan pitch. That seems a bit excessive. I can understand it in a mobile home, but not in a campervan.

The campsite lives up to its star rating. The reception and welcome were very pleasant, the pitch was excellent, the service and cleanliness were top-notch, and the nights were incredibly peaceful.

Beautiful place, smiling and professional staff. Ideal place to recharge and spend time with friends. Special mention to the security guard, with his good humor and very warm welcome.

We were already familiar with this campsite, having stayed there before. This time, we had to deal with the inconsiderate behavior of people who didn't respect the rule of keeping their dogs on leashes. We have two dogs that are always on leashes and were bothered by other dogs running off-leash and approaching them. Since our dogs don't get along with other dogs, it wasn't easy. The campsite fell short in this regard; security seemed to take it very lightly. It's a real shame! Another unpleasant experience was having to put up with a group in a rental unit opposite ours who were noisy all night and the following day. In short, it's a shame to leave feeling rather annoyed by all of this. That's why we're giving it three stars.

Very nice campsite at walking distance from the village of Contis.

A very pleasant and peaceful campsite nestled among the pine trees. The restaurant area is excellent. There's a great indoor and outdoor pool, a children's play area, entertainment, and delicious treats. The staff are very welcoming and competent. I will definitely return to this campsite. I almost forgot the sunset over the river and the ocean.

We stopped at this campsite while cycling along the EuroVelo 1. The cyclist-friendly rate of €18 for a small tent pitch for two people and two bikes was cheaper than the rates we'd seen earlier (€27). The cycling area is located at the back of the campsite; quiet and shady.

This is our fourth visit. The place is very nice and the village of Contis is really great. Regarding the campsite, I have two suggestions for improvement. 1 - Given the increasing number of electric vehicles on the campsite, it would be beneficial to equip the chalets with Green'Up outdoor charging points so that guests can safely charge their vehicles. You could charge a fee to offset the cost (it would be quickly recouped). We had a terrible time plugging into the two 22kW charging points because there were too many cars. I can't imagine what it must be like in peak season and what it will be like in the coming years, especially since there are no charging points in Contis. 2nd suggestion: you could consider a small renovation of the chalets in the Dunes area; they're starting to show their age.
