Restaurant New Saigon sur Carpentras

While passing through the area, we tried this restaurant and it was a great discovery. We know Asian cuisine very well from our origins and we are very demanding about it. We found family cooking, homemade. Also, the staff is very nice.

All you can eat Asian restaurant. Good value for money. Small buffet but there is everything. I liked the tempura and especially the different salads offered and spring rolls. What I prefer in this type of restaurant are the shrimp fried with garlic and also Thai sauce. Well again it was successful. Good discovery.
