Restaurant New Saigon sur Carpentras

Excellent restaurant, perfect cuisine as always. People talk nonsense. The restaurant was full at lunchtime. I can tell you that, being very picky, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

As regulars, my son and I arrived for lunch to find everything closed, no sign indicating that the restaurant was closed, and other people were just as surprised as we were. We don't understand this lack of consideration for customers!

I went there on a Tuesday evening and it was closed without any explanation.

A very good experience at Wok’n in Carpentras. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling; you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. While the buffet might not be as huge as some of the big chains, everything is delicious and more than enough. We prefer quality over quantity. The ingredients are fresh, and you can tell: spring rolls, sushi, hot dishes—everything is excellent. The desserts are also very good. Special mention goes to the sea bream and oysters, which were incredibly fresh and in perfect condition, a rarity at buffets. Honestly, a very pleasant surprise in Carpentras. I highly recommend it. We'll be back! 👍
