Restaurant Pearl sur Saint-Savournin

For Mother's Day, we reserved the paellas with the strawberry tartlet. It was a pure delight!!!! The lobster tails were cooked just right, the shrimp were very good and the chicken was buttery. The tartlet was not eaten until the next day. It held up perfectly and was very, very good. Thank you to the pearl family for this meal which delighted our taste buds.
