A charming, quiet, family-run restaurant (third generation).
The terrace is lovely and shaded. The meal was excellent for everyone, from the aperitif to the dessert. Everything was beautifully presented and plated.
The staff (including the young waiter) were very friendly and welcoming. This is a place to remember and recommend.
We had a wonderful time as a family.

A very good gourmet restaurant in the heart of a charming little Provençal village. This restaurant boasts a lovely outdoor terrace shaded by greenery, offering welcome shade in the summer. Free parking is available opposite the restaurant. Credit card payments are accepted.

We have been coming here for over 20 years, and this was the first time it was a bit disappointing. I think there is a new chef. The food is not as refined as it used to be. We had the tasting menu, but the portions were really much too large, and I also found the food quite simple. The second course, for example, was a large mound of quinoa with 3 scallops, some shellfish, shrimp, and a sauce. And after that, we were served mashed potatoes with a large steak. As far as I am concerned, those are two separate main courses. Dessert was also too rich and, in my opinion, not very imaginative either. It is a shame, because it was always so tasty and well-balanced. The service is always excellent.

What a wonderful surprise this hidden gem near Mont Ventoux was!

One of the best restaurants I've been to in a long time. The service was top-notch. The aperitif was accompanied by a few small glasses of food... which is rare these days.
Attentive staff. Excellent food.
Highly recommended.

We've been coming to Restaurant Le Saint-Hubert in Entrechaux for several years now, and we've never been disappointed. The setting is magnificent, the food is superb, with consistently delicious and meticulously prepared dishes, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The welcome is warm and the service is always impeccable. It's a real pleasure to return each time.
