No matter how hot it is, you can sit comfortably in the shade on the terrace. We always turn it into an elaborate lunch. Classics with a modern twist.

Absolutely excellent! It was highly recommended, and the detour is truly worthwhile. A warm welcome, top-notch cuisine—even the bread is baked on-site—a delight for the taste buds at an affordable price. Just be aware that in the smaller dining room, two stuffed deer heads are displayed as trophies on either side of the fireplace. This might bother some, so request the main dining room in advance.

Excellent service! I'm vegan, and there were no vegan options on the menu. Without hesitation (despite the restaurant being full), they conjured up a vegan three-course meal for me. It was delicious and beautifully presented. They explained what was vegan with the petit fours and also with the amuse-bouche. I'll definitely be back!

A warm and friendly welcome. The food was excellent! Little extras: homemade appetizers, ice cream, and fruit jellies. The terrace is fantastic! Don't hesitate, the quality/price ratio is truly worth it! We highly recommend it!

"The Taste of Authenticity: Top-Notch French Cuisine" We discovered the Saint-Hubert restaurant in Entrechaux quite by chance, and it was a very pleasant surprise. A human-scale establishment with a warm, family atmosphere, just the way we like them. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, and the setting evokes a beautiful traditional inn. As for the food, it was impeccable: generous, flavorful dishes, typical of good French cuisine. Special mention goes to the mussels, which were very substantial and could almost be a meal in themselves! We opted for the €36 set menu, with a starter, main course, and dessert, and the value for money was excellent considering the quality offered. In short: an excellent restaurant, with honest cuisine, impeccable service, and a friendly atmosphere. A wonderful discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The MAZZERO Family
