Reve de Bisons sur Muchedent

Delicious restaurant 😋 and majestic wolves, caring staff.

We are regular customers, and a 5-star rating was well-deserved, until our visit to the restaurant on November 9th. I booked in advance for a birthday party of 9 people, specifying this by phone. We arrived on the day, I mentioned it again, we were seated, our order was taken, and we were called back 5 minutes later to be told they were out of meat. The only dishes available were burgers or steak tartare. A huge disappointment. We changed our order, were served, and 20 minutes later, the table behind us (who seemed to know the owner) was served bison steaks even though we had been told they were out. Back to our birthday celebration, two people were celebrating at two neighboring tables, and when it came time for dessert, nothing arrived. We had to ask for it despite having clearly indicated our dissatisfaction. You lose two stars because of the disappointment of not being treated equally and not receiving what we wanted from the menu while the owner's friends were given priority.

A fantastic day out with the family in an immersive setting expertly led by guides who are full of humor and provide lots of information! The dining room is lovely, the bison meat is a must-try, and the service is quick and attentive.
