Hello! Today our children and we came for a little visit and were very happy to see you again after four years. There have been some changes and new things. Lunch today was absolutely perfect, 20/20! The team is very kind and smiling. 😃 😃 😃 😃 😃 I give you a 100/100 rating today.

Regarding the restaurant, the setting is really great, even if a bit noisy!
However, I wondered if the waitstaff were training for a relay marathon, or if it was just another form of disorganization that, by extension, stressed out the customers with their constant sprints. It was quite unpleasant; it felt like a race against the clock throughout the entire service.
Yet the staff seemed perfectly adequate for the dining room.
Another minor drawback was the lack of notification when the ribeye steak was out of stock.
On the other hand, the bison and deer visit was a really enjoyable experience.

We had a lovely day; the shop is exceptionally beautiful and offers a wide variety of products, and the sales assistants and advisors are very pleasant. The wolf exhibit is superb, the guide is also very funny, the bison and deer trail is very large and enjoyable, and the ride in the US Army truck is very fun and especially exhilarating 😁

Excellent meals, generous portions and perfectly cooked. Quick service to ensure we were on time between scheduled visits. Very professional welcome and service.
The burgers are hearty and the steak with melted Camembert is superb!
Plus, there's a beautiful view of the valley.
