A restaurant like there will soon be very few, so run there now. We tasted starters (Foie Gras then Saint-Jacques) and dishes (veal sweetbreads then monkfish) with very precise seasonings, as if the Chef tastes her dishes to establish her menu, it is very judicious on her part and above all delicious. For a menu at €39.50, you will come away feeling “gued” (satiated) and won over. The welcome is unparalleled and very pleasant. Very good restaurant. Super friendly and warm welcome. Full house (Saturday evening). The homemade cuisine is very refined and original (apple camembert crumble) and I recommend the concept of the gourmet starter (mini portion of all the starters on the menu). I highly recommend.
