Having frequented this restaurant for many years, I don't understand the negative comments about "deplorable hygiene" when I've observed the opposite, with significant efforts made to maintain the highest standards. The cuisine is constantly evolving in a positive direction: the oysters are always incredibly fresh, despite their delicate nature; there's a beautiful cheese platter, fresh fruit, excellent quality meat and scallops cooked in a wok, and of course, all the usual dishes you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant. So you can go to this restaurant with complete confidence.

Okay. The music is a bit dated and not loud enough, hence the 3 stars for ambiance. The service is good; we were quickly shown to a table, but clearing our plates wasn't very fast. The food is good, except for the crab claws, which tasted watery, but it wasn't too unpleasant. Thank you for the experience. I still recommend it.
